Services

Coaching built around the lift, not around a package.

Every option below leads with the same thing: form and mobility before load. Where they differ is how much of me is in the room.

1:1 Strength Coaching

In person, Wildomar

Hands-on coaching through the squat, bench and deadlift, plus the accessory work that keeps them healthy. We film, we correct, we load only when the standard holds. This is the fastest way to fix technique, because I can see it and change it in the same rep.

  • Movement screen for ankles, hips, thoracic spine and shoulders
  • Baseline film of your three lifts, re-filmed every four weeks
  • Session-by-session coaching cues written down, not just said
  • Loading decisions made against a written technical standard

Programming & Remote Coaching

Written for your week

A program built around your schedule, your equipment and your restrictions — not a template with your name typed at the top. You send video, I send corrections. We adjust when work, travel or a bad night's sleep gets a vote.

  • Weekly training plan with volume, intensity and progression spelled out
  • Video form review with timestamped notes
  • Scheduled deloads built in before you need them
  • Direct access between sessions for form questions

Technique Intensives

One lift, done properly

A focused block on a single lift that has stopped cooperating. Usually it's the squat or the deadlift, and usually it isn't a strength problem at all — it's a position problem that strength has been covering for.

  • Deep-dive assessment of one lift
  • Targeted mobility prescription for the restriction we find
  • Rebuilt setup and bracing sequence
  • A four-week plan to reload the lift safely

Nutrition Habits Coaching

One habit at a time

Gaining muscle and eating better is what almost everyone asks for, so we treat it like training: small, repeatable, progressive. No plans you'd quit in a month. Start with protein and a real breakfast and go from there.

  • Daily calorie and macro targets you can sanity-check yourself
  • One habit introduced at a time, held until it's automatic
  • Practical structure for busy weeks and travel
  • Free calculator on this site to see your starting numbers

Meet Prep

Optional, never required

If you want to compete, I've spent eighteen years on that road and I'll walk it with you: attempt selection, commands, peaking and the very strange final week. If you never want to compete, nothing about your training changes.

  • Peaking block with volume subtracted, not added
  • Attempt selection and opener strategy
  • Command practice so nothing on the platform is new
  • Handling on meet day if I can be there

Twenty free minutes. Tell me what hurts, what you want to lift, and how many days a week you actually have. I'll tell you honestly where to start.
